Where can the card be used?
At both arenas — VR Vibe Oakville (2304 Lakeshore Rd W) and VR Vibe Brampton (200 Walker Drive) — on any game, any session, any package.
Does it expire?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, so there is plenty of time to find a night that works — but don’t leave it in a drawer forever.
How do I get it to them?
By email, automatically. Pick an amount, choose whether it’s for someone else or for you, and enter their email — the card arrives in their inbox with your message on it. Buying it for yourself sends it to your own inbox instead, ready to forward or print.
Can I schedule when it arrives?
Yes. Choose a delivery date and time at checkout and the card is held until then — so a birthday card lands on the birthday, not three weeks early. Leave it set to Now and it sends straight away.
Can I add a message?
You can. Whatever you write is included in the email the recipient gets, above the card itself.
Can I buy more than one?
