Ever wish you were

An experience
like never before.

  1. 01

    Free-Roam Arena

No boundary box. No cables. Step into a full-scale VR action arena and move through real, physical space — every wall, every hallway, actually there.

  2. 02

    Physical Movement

Duck behind cover. Reload for real. Feel the weight of a VR gun in your hands. This isn’t a controller — it’s your body in the fight.

  3. 03

    Experience the Impossible

Come face to face with a creature that shouldn’t exist. Crawl into a cave that isn’t there. Do the thing you would never get to do in real life — and the arena is booked for your group alone, so it is only ever the people you came with.

Three steps, that’s it

What free-roam actually means

Walk around. Get lost in the world.

Turn your head and see a corridor? Walk down it. See cover? Get behind it. See someone flanking you? They actually are. If you can see it in the headset, you can walk there in real life.

VR Vibe is a free-roam virtual reality arena in Oakville and Brampton — no headset cables, no boundaries. Whether you’re looking for VR games in Oakville or VR games in Brampton, groups of 2-6 walk, duck and take real cover in a tracked space while fighting through zombie waves, shooters and co-op missions. It’s the closest thing to actually being inside the game. Book your VR experience now.

If your group is… Ages Intensity Ask for
Kids, or a mixed-age family 8+ Family friendly Kraken Island, Strike Team Delta or Blaster of the Universe.
First-timers who’ve never held a controller 8+ Moderate Blaster of the Universe — you dodge with your body, so there’s nothing to learn.
Six friends who want to battle each other 8+ Moderate Cops vs Robbers in PvP mode. The only true team-vs-team title.
A work team that needs to actually co-operate 10+ High intensity Robo Clash VR. Wave survival collapses fast if nobody calls anything out.
Gamers who want the best-made one 15+ Intense After The Fall, or Mission Planet X for the longer story.
Squeezing something in at the end 10+ High intensity Terminator Uprising — 30 minutes rather than 60.

My son (9yo) and I (42yoF) had an absolutely incredible experience from the moment we walked in. The lovely employee was so warm and friendly, she was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very supportive in explaining the experience. We played multiple games, we LOVED The Terminator—we could run around, shout/interact with the games, we laughed we screamed it was amazing!! We will definitely be returning. VRVibe is a VIBE!

We celebrated my daughter’s bday here and the kids had a great time. The room was clean, and well stocked with enough sets for everyone. We had access to a small fridge for the cake and enough space to store our things. Would come again.

Action game
questions.

Do I need gaming experience to play?

No. There are no button combinations or controls to memorize — you hold the blaster, point it and pull the trigger, and you move by walking. Gamers and complete beginners end up on a surprisingly level field, which is why mixed groups work so well.

What age can play VR action games?

8 and up. Strike Team Delta, Kraken Island and Blaster of the Universe suit the youngest players and mixed-age groups. Terminator Uprising, Robo Clash and MissionZ II are 10+, and the intense titles — Mission Planet X, Rotten Apple, After The Fall and The Hallow — are 15+.

Can we play against each other, not just together?

Yes. Cops vs Robbers has a PvP mode where the group splits into cops and robbers and fights inside the bank — it runs at our Brampton arena. Everything else is co-op, and The Hallow keeps a running kill count if you want competition without fighting your friends.

Can beginners join a group of experienced players?

Yes, and it’s common. Your game master briefs everyone together and can pick a title that rewards teamwork over reflexes so nobody spends the session watching. Co-op missions are the usual answer for a mixed group.

Can we choose which game we play?

Yes — you choose on the day, with your game master, once they know who’s in your group. You’re not locked to one title either: within your session you can switch games as often as you like.

Is it physically demanding?

It’s about as demanding as you make it. There’s plenty of walking and you’ll get warm, but nothing requires sprinting or fitness — players regularly range from kids to grandparents in the same session. The headsets are wireless, so nothing is pulling on you.

Will I get motion sick?

Far less likely than with seated VR. Motion sickness usually comes from moving with a thumbstick while your body sits still. In free-roam your body does the moving, so what you see and what you feel agree with each other.

How long is a session?

60 minutes, with Terminator Uprising running 30. Arrive about 15 minutes early so we can gear you up and brief you without eating into your time.

Where are your VR action games?

Two arenas: 2304 Lakeshore Rd W in Oakville (Bronte, minutes from the QEW) and 200 Walker Drive in Brampton (just off Queen St E near Highway 410). Both have free on-site parking. Players come from Burlington, Milton, Mississauga, Caledon, Georgetown, Vaughan and Etobicoke. A few titles run at one arena only — those are marked above.

Can I book action games for a birthday or work event?

Yes. See birthday packages for party-room time, food and a dedicated host, and team event packages for groups up to 20 — both are private events with the facility to yourselves.

for battle?
